Yes, I had my door jams painted too.
My car painted with door jams and a few cracks fixed in a fender came out to be just under $1000.
Not bad for a sweet paint job but still a lot of money for me...

wow $1000. Well i always say you get what you pay for. For that price im willing to bet that it wont last more than 2 years before you start noticing things. Unless you just got lucky and got a really good deal, or you know the person or something.

Yeah, it was a local shop and they gave me a good deal since they know me and understand that I am a poor college student. I'm not to worried about it...

dude ya gotta read the rest of the posts... it cost him $1000, he got it done by a local shop with some friends, so it was way low... if you wanna get a quality paintjob like his with the door jams and whatnot, especially a color change, you could be lookin anywhere from 2k-4k, depending on color and body damage

a normal shop will charge you 1.5k-2k for a respray of the same color. I paid 2k for mine
