Just wondering what would be needed to get a 95 gst to beat a 02 camaro ss. That is my goal and since i cant say hp wise i have to use a car that i think is pretty impressive.

What mods do you already have?

 

STOCK.

 

Okay.

EVO III 16g. New they are 500 bucks, used about 350.

550cc injectors. Grab them off an EVO. Can get them as cheap as you can find them.

Intake. About 100ish

Exhaust. Get one used... who the **** knows what you can find one for. Get a full catback.. not a ****ing muffler.

Apexi SAFC II. About 200 used.

Wideband o2 gauge. They range in price.

Boost gauge. Again, they range in price.

Blow off valve. About 100 used. Recirculate it!

If you have any money left, get a front mount intercooler.

Remember, no ****ing ebay ****. Unless its original, being sold by a 3rd party.

 

I might also suggest a new/better than stock clutch if you have any miles on your current one. And a fuel pump as well.

 

Forgot the fuel pump.

Replace the clutch once it starts slipping.

After u do all that i still dont see your car beating a 2002 SS 6 speed. sense u dont find very much stock ones. lets just say a 2002 ss 6 speed with CAI, 4:10s, will walk all over u with less then $400 in mods.
Save some more money if u wanna run with the V8
