Question Which tire is better?

Has anyone driven with the Michelin x-ice xi2 or Bridgestone Blizzak LM 60? I've read reviews on both because these are the only two winter tire options for my tire size, I ruled out the Pirelli 240's since they received the most negative reviews. This will be my first winter with my new car, Mitsubishi Lancer GTS. In the past, I have only used studs, since this was the easiest way to get around hills and different driveways I have to go up and down. Now I will be driving with a studdless winter tire and I am not sure which one I should choose. From my impressions so far, the x-ice has a longer tread life but the Blizzak gets through snow and ice easier, any suggestions? I would appreciate it.

i bought Bridgestone Blizzak LM 60 for my 2012 Lancer GT. To make long story short, ice or snow, doesn't matter. My Lancer keeps going. Thumb up!

Plus 1 with Bridgestone Blizzak great grip and design. Another is Nitto tires, not that expensive, but awesome thread design.

Both tires are in the top 7 best tires u can buy,it would depend on the price, i bought 4 used bridgstone ws 70 for my fathers 2013 sonota $400.00 so new u could'nt tell which 2 were on the front, then 4 michelin xice on VW rims 80 -90 % tread for $375.00 for my brothers jetta, both work really good. The other tire i would look at is ultragrip ice ,or the best nokians. Used they got to be like new with soft rubber compound . David

General grabbers are good for off road or on, Tyre is correct spelling, not tire, just thought I would share that.

For the 215 vs 205, it should not make too much of a difference but since 2005 is the standard for the Civic, they will get better fuel economy.

Blizzak all the way. I bought them and they are great! Even got the same for the wife's minivan. She can plow through spots where my neighbor gets stuck. And the neighbor has AWD.

I have tried Bridgestone Blizzak great tire. But right now I'm using Michelin X ice, not that impressive compared with Blizzak and way expensive.
