2.3L
No. Strokers are gay for DSMs. 90% chance your car will run like crap afterwards because they are very hard to properly install. Ill go into details if you want..., but you are better off buying a 2.4L bottom end and match it to your 4g63 head. You will have more torque and your car will run awesome, not to mention its not too expensive either.
I have personally done the 4G64 conversion on my old car and loved it. I have a friend who now has the 2.3L stroker kit in a 95' GSX and has had absolutly no problems at all with it. He's putting out huge numbers right now on 34psi. He's now waiting on a new fuel pump and soon be spraying on it.

These are some very informative posts from some people who have built 2.4L and stroker motors themselves and have some of the info you should know. If you cant follow what they are saying then building a motor is not right for you at this time.
By the way, what are your current mods and why do you even think you need a stroker?

All right I understood what they were talking about in that other thread BUT on the same hand it confused me. What differences are there between the sonata block and the 4G63? (Is Hyundai also a DSM company?) and how hard would it be to swap the 2 out? I'm seriously considering different options right now because after lifting the valve cover off and finding a rocker lying NEXT to it's valve and the engine only turning a fractional amount I'm fairly sure it's time for a new one.

that is the way all stroker kits are and ever stoker kit i have see installed works fine for ex 383 stroker is a 350 smallblock. not sure if the same concept is use in a 4 cylander but if so a storker is the way to go.
