Anyone have a used turn signal module for sale?

None of the local auto parts stores sell this part. I am needing a good used turn signal controll module for the 1992-1994 series cars. They were made different in 1990-1991, and 1995 & on. So it has to be in those3 years. Could not even find a new one on the internet. Local junkyards do not have any.
