13 second 420a so your boosting about 8 to 10 psi then

 

to reach 13's on 10psi you are looking at a bottom end rebuild (have to for anything over 9psi) probably a 16g turbo, good setup, every suporting mod, and a very very good tune. that will get you to mid-high 13's probably.
