Asking a question like that is going to get you a ton of opinionated answers because many of us Like what we are running. The best way to go about it is to think of reliability first and foremost. Build your car in stages. Your stock turbo will be sufficient for now as long as it has not been fried by whoever had it before. Concentrate on improving your car's stock qualities: getting it to breathe and spark better. Your stock ecu will handle these changes to a point, but a chip is a good stage one fuel upgrade. Choose parts from your own research and driving requirements. Don't go by manufacturer claims of HP unless it is dynoed for your specific car. Read alot of reviews on the specific part you want. That is the time to ask us our opinion. There is alot of years experience on this forum and it is priceless. Don't worry about increasing boost pressure until you are ready for stage 2. Also a good first thing to buy is a turbo timer. In case you don't know what it is, it monitors your temperature until the oil in the turbo has cooled and then will shut off your car. You can park, take the keys, and forget about it. It is horrible for you to shut off your car after a hard run until the oil in the turbo has circulated and cooled off. Destroys bearings! (approx. $100)

I suggest looking for harcore facts. Do your research find info on EVERYTHING before you do it. Get the best bang for the $. Find out what works with what and what's going to combine the best with the other things you plan on doing. There is NO substitute to true research and graphs showing what the items will give you.
