how are 1st gen cables suppose to run from valve cover to distributer? my original motor was setup like the 2nd gen run of the cables but it is definetly 1st gen motor because the distributer is on the side unlike 2nd gens, yet when my jdm motor came it was setup different and my mechanic said it was how it is supposed to be, the intake manifold was swapped so it is the original intake manifold with distributer. does any one knowe how they are suppose to really run ? can someone please send me a pic if a 1st gen setup at vr4slane@hotmail.com</P>

 

i cannot find anything on the net. i have a book on my car that has all that stuff in there. my recommendation is to go to your local auto parts store and purchase one. mine was only like 13 bucks, so their not very expensive and you can use it in the future also.
