Default 94 gs wont start

HI friends, thanks to those who replied my last post about changing valve guide seals. The heavy white smoke completely disappeared. Now my 2.0 dohv eclipse wont start. When I put her back together after the seal job, she cranked right over and run tilI shut it off. Then woundntstart up again.I even took it for a 3or 4 mile spin, ran great. then crank, crank ,crank, no start. This morning, took all belts, pulleys, timing cover off and retimed according to manual. ( I think I was one tooth off). Now its dead nuts. Still no start, Drained battery, charged ,no start. Then while examining plugs forclues, I had my son crank to maybe blow out excess gas that didnt burn, turned right over, with 3 plugs! It ran no matter whatplug I took out. Cranking like a new battery would. I put all 4 plugs in, cranks slow like a drain on battery but fired up. Once. took it for a spin,,Half hour or so,came back ,let idle, turn off no start.I do smell rotten egg cat. converter odor though, coincedence?

Strange man is the spark plug black and sooty? could be a carbon build up or lose of compression which would mean new piston rings.</P>

I think your cylinders might be flooded. White smoke means you have antifreeze getting into your cylinders. Which means a headgasket leak.
