Okay I am about to buy a 95 talon TSI AWD. I want to know if I can put the 97-99 eclipse front bumper on there with out any problems? Will the fog lights line up? All that type of stuff.

I dont know WHY youd want to do that... but if you really feel that need... it CAN be done. I might want your old bumper... in fact, Ill prolly trade you en Eccy bumper for that.

 

The fog lights will line up buttheheadlights dont quite fit. But you can trim a little bit of the bumper to make it fit if you don't mind.

 

NO WAII dont cut anything -_- god, if you want the new bumper get the new headlights... do the job well and right, or dont do it at all

 

yea headlights arent that expensive... ebay is your friend in this occasion (sorry seb!)... but i got my lights off ebay for pretty cheap... they look good and work great too

 

yeah dont cut/trim ANYTHING, but the 97-99 headlights and do it right. Plus those headlights look cooler because they had a black inside.

UHM!!! silveeeerrr! you my friend have experinence and would like you to add something to it since you have the almighty mod stats, could you also add the conversion for the avenger front bumper (what you need) in there..... its still in my projects :P i would really appreciate it.

KN, are you sure you want to tackle that? There's a lot of welding involved with that conversion.
You'll actually have to extend the front end using the engine bay frame (very front end) or you can measure and add your own (that's the harder route, lol). The Avenger hood is a little bit longer and so are the front fenders, which is why you'll have to extend the front by the radiator support. There isn't info on this conversion, only an Avenger with an Eclipse front end on it. It has been done before though. There was a Talon with an Avenger's front end. Let me see if I can find it again.
