Is it really this much of a pain in the *** to drop the exhaust? My catback finally came in so I cut off everything after the cat (previous owner welded when he broke bolts.... sad sad idiot...) when I went to drop it from the hangers....it doesnt wanna budge! Ive done exhaust swaps a few times before and never had a problem getting off the hangers. For instance, the last one on the muffler looks like it is made to unbolt, but its completely rusted and rounded. so I tried pulling it off the rubber hanger, didnt budge. Im gonna try what a friend said and spray wd in there to lubricate it.

IDK why Im going through all this to hang the new exhaust when Im not bolting it up to the old cat, Im waiting on the new cat and header to come in. Yea, full exhaust overhaul. Slowly getting ready for the spring. CHeck it out, my domain page is listed here. So yea, any words of wisdon, other than "its an rs, get a gsx and mod that instead" would be great.
