96 eclipse spyder lights won't turn off

My lights will not turn off,at 1st they came on whenever they wanted to.Now I have to pull the relay to turn them off. Whats the problem? Mitsubishi service men couldn't figure it out.

try your maxi fuse under the hood mine fatigued out and my lights stayed on my horn stayed on and i lost a accessories and while your there check your relay
