another boost controller Q
is this right? the inlet of the mbc is "T"ed into the bov hose. the outlet is going to the wastegate actuator, whichhas a hoseconnected to the turbo compressor housing with a "T" going to stock bcs. do i leave the "T" setup (replace with silicone hose and use "T" fitting provided w/ MBC) or do i plug the compressor housing nipple and run from the MBC to just the wastegate. having the other "T" into bov? and of course i plug the nipple on intake pipingthat was used withthe stock BCS, having it completely unhooked. also do i need to remove the old bcs or just leave it after i unplug and replace hoses?
Like seeba said this is everywhere. Dont T the bov line, use the nipple on the compressor housing and the other nipple on the wastegate actuator. Plug the bcs and the nipple on the intake tube and your good to go.

no it is better to tap off the compressor housing, not the BOV line

another thing i read on a website that every mbc will have a vent, either a hole on the actual controller or a insert that you put between the bcs and WGA, and my kit does have a little cube like "T" fitting that has an arrow that says "arrow points toward waste gate actuator" and it has a nipple on the top should i leavethe topnippleopen or run a hose somewhere, i thought maybe even to the intake piping nipple from the stock BCS.
OMG you dont use the stock bcs with a manual boost controller...put up a picture or tell us what kind of boost controller it is first. Its quite simple, DONT T the bov line on a dsm. use the wastegate actuator nipple and the nipple on the compressor...vfaq and every mbc manufacturer should have a diagram on there website

yeah ive looked at www.vfaq.com , and havent been able to find the answer yet. and the only reason why im asking so many questions is that i want to be 100% sure of what im doing because i love my eclipse,I want everything on it to be quality, and im not tryin top cause any kind of damage with anything i do. i would just take it to a shop but I WANT TO LEARN ALL THESE THINGS and become a better mechanic.
