Default 2.5 to 2.6L stroker

hey guys, I know i've been away for awhile, but i just wanted to keep all of you posted on my new engine. I just got a newly rebuilt 4g63/64 hybrid with 0 miles on it. Here are the specs:

block:
8.5-1 JE pistons
Pro seal rings
acl main bearings
king rod bearings
new polished crank
Scat H-beam rods
Balance shafts eliminated
ARP main, rod, and head studs
New water/oil pump
bored 40 over and hot tanked
Mitsu 4 layer MHG

Head:
1g ported and polished head
stock springs and retainers
ferra 1mm oversized valves
OEM lifters
BC 272 camshafts

The block is good but i want to put in kiggly honeycomb valve springs and 3g lifters in the head. I'm also going to swap in the comp 101200's from my other engine. So, these BC's will be for sale eventually. Anything else you guys can think of? Also, anyone want to trade a 1g SMIM for a 2g magnus SMIM?

thats an estimate. I'm way to lazy to do the calculations. College was awhile ago. 2.4L block with 100mm stroke bored 40 over. So, 100mm stroke, with 87.5mm bore= about 2.6L. Should be pretty bad a$$ it ships today or tomorrow. Reguardless I should have it in later this month. I just have to swap a few things.

technically yes, but I use the 4g64 cam gears, so the timing mark is in the correct position

just an update for you guys... our son was born a couple of weeks back and I haven't been able to do anything with the engine until last night. The tensioner and idler pulley looked a little rusty so i replaced those. I pulled all the spark plugs and looked down into the chambers. the pistons are nice and shiney; no carbon. i can't tell if theey looked pitted or if it was air bubbles, but all the pictures i've seen online suggest that they are fine. I pulled the valve cover and the head looks brand new on the inside... its probably the cleanest head i've ever seen...

The only issues with the engine are the damaged parts from shipping, the intake manifold was put on with a cork gasket, and there seems to be oil leaking into the #4 exhaust port (i'm attributing this to the engine laying on that side when it was shipped: YAY UPS freight). Also, the number 1 spark plug was soaked in unburned fuel, as well as the intake port for that cylinder. again, not a big issue

this head's intake ports are ported to hell and back... knife edged dividers, and smoothed very nicely... the guides look nicked on the outside, but that shouldn't affect anything as long as the seals are good. I'll try to keep a "picture diary" of the swap and build-up for you guys.. and if you have any specific questions I can take pictures of that as well. Later guys

I did a little more work tonight. I removed the bc 272's from the new engine. Removed the intake manifold from my old engine, removed the a/c lines.. still have to tackle the compressor and condensor. below are some pictures of my progress as well as my new engine. I also put some things on ebay. Let me know if the prices seem reasonable.
