++ Boost ++

Alright... I want to boost my car... I would like to do it the cheapist way possible without having a lot of problems. What would I need for a moderate turbo charge? And what can I use off another eclipse. I got a 2.4L 98, I know the manifold will bolt up... what else could i use?

down pipe, rear exaust off a gst. smic, bov, ic piping, you would need to get a oil line kit though, and I would recomend getting a 16g with the waste gate set at 10 psi to start. you will also need a fuel system I recomend getting a sfmu ss hose kit setup w/ return line and a fuel press gauge either inline or in cab. Also injectors for running over 10 psi, safc to controle them, a 225lph walbro... that should be about it, you may need a new clutch after all of that and some abuse but taht should have you sitting pretty.

if you go cheap you will break the car... boosting is never cheap unless you cut corners

if you go cheap you will break the car... boosting is never cheap unless you cut corners
and you will eventually spend more money on the repairs than if you would have just done it right the first time.

That's very true..............U should save up and buy a kit speificly made for ur car.........because they will have been tested and will have solid dyno numbers for u.

yea putting i a turbo is never a cheap thing. Either save up for a turbo kit or save up for a turbo car ;)
