Default boost controller

i have a 98 gst and my mbc seems to not be working. my car wont go past 13 to 14 psi. i have a turbo xs mbc with fine tune. it was on the car when i got it. both of the end werent sip tide so i sip tide them so nothing could leak out or anything. i looked up the instrustions to it and how far do u have to more the screw to get more boost?. i went 3 or 4 whole turns in and nothing? any ideas

or ebc? casue it is tapped into a diff line going to something electric. should this be unplugged all together and only run it throught the one line?

ok i found it all out reseasrching it. i just elimited the stock line. and went from turbo pressure line to mbc then into the wastegate. i usually vaccum at 20 and now im vaccuming at 19. would this be a small leak in one of those lines?

Fully close the valve and see what that does (clockwise)

That vacume is normal by the way.

It's a bleeder valve, it's normal. But it would seem that you may have the **** too loose. Also check to be sure that you don't have old and crusty vacuum lines for leaks.
