my gsx bogs down around 5000+ rpms and runs rich the whole time i am driving it so im guessing i have a boost leak so i tryed to search the forum for boost leak testers but it didnt help me. I need to know what i need to make a boost leak tester and what preperations i have to make to my car before using it like the pcv valve and clinder head placement? i dont know what i have to do with them or where the pcv thing is. RE: boost leak HELP

Go through all of your piping and tighten up all of the connectors, and look for anything that doesnt look right I had a boost leak going on for like 6 months and didnt even relize, i thought my was just wearing down. It turned out to be a huge chunk of the rubber adapter that connected the top of the intercooler up.
