Question Brake conversion

Okay, so I got the instructions a while back on how to do the rear disk conversion and get rid of my old drums. I bought a set of backplates w/ calipers on ebay, and got my d/s rotors for all around. What the seller didnt mention is that he just cut the metal lines rather than loosening them as any mechanically capable individual would have done. Will the brake lines running to the old drum backplates match the lines going to the rotor backplates? Or am I gonna have to hunt down brake lines?

Okay so instead of waitin I started operating and realized that the seller cut the line off on the hard line, there was no line in between. Just unscrewed the cut piece and it'll bolt right on. Firdt I have to manage to get the hub off so I can get the rest of the drum assembly off lol.
