let me tell you something.... what kind of budget are you on? forced performance..... when you have their race manifold, turbo, and tial wastegate put together on the car it isa BEAUTIFUL and very very very CLEAN looking etup.. here's a link to a pic on their site - DSM FP3052 Ball Bearing Turbo - this by far is the nicest setup i've ever seen. i HATE it when you have a spyder manifold an they have some seperate lil runner just for the wastegate, i think it's tacky and ugly. this is very compact, very visually appealing and works great. that's my opinion and to be hoenst i am somewhat Bias when it comes to it... this is the setup that i will recomend to anybody and their mother b/c i just feel ti's the best looking setup ther is.

i think stock compression in the 2gt's is 8.7:1. so puting 9.0:1 will decrease ur spool time and about 18-20lbs on a decent turbo will put you at 400 no problem at all.

holy hell... is that 1400$ for the turbo?? damn... so the whole setup is like... 4000$ for all that. while it is bitchin that is pricey...

my budget right now is around 1000-1500$ to fix it in the 2-4 weeks time.... but as soon as i can use it to go to work.... i am gonna sell my motorcycle (transportation) and have more pay which will give me around 1500-2000$. so a total of 2500-3500 total....

what i am thinking about doing is keeping all the old stuff.... and cleaning the engine bay of all the oil residue......then fix it so it runs right.... then sell my bike... and order as many upgrades i can... and then spend one of my days off throwing everything on it...and get it tuned right. and then over the next 2-3 months after it is fixed i will add little things as i get payed...

so any more input now that you know my approximate budget? thanks for all the help so far.

ur probably not going to get 400hp off of a 1000-1500 budget. you can push that power out of a 20g which you can get for 1000-1200. and w/ the manifod ur lookin at 1600'ish. as long as you have all the suporting mods for it you wll be good. you'd need probably 770injectors, wally 255, fpr, bov, fmic, ic piping, engine management, boost gauge, boost controller... that's just about it.

i have a 1500$ budget to get it back on the road... after that i will have around 2000 to put into it again.... i can get a fuel system upgrade kit for 1g.... good for up to 1000HP i ge to choose the injectors, fuel rail, and it comes with stainless lines and all... with DSM LINK.i think even more stuff... i think i am gonna go with it. =) not now... but for all of those upgrades... it is a smokin deal.

1000hp? a little excessive dont you think? lol buschar makes a good fuel pump thats good up to 700whp that's a lot cheaper than any 1000hp setup
