RE: car wont start?
check the basics, see if you have fuel, and spark, and if you have a light make sure you have injector pulse. Also check the 20amp ECU or MPI fuse. I have had many no starts where the maxi fuse was blown. some common problems are (besides stripped timing belt) are the igniter and sometimes the coil pack.

RE: car wont start?
Maybe fuel pump if it had no gas it coulda burned it out running dry

RE: car wont start?
im gettn spark, and i can hear the fuel pump sound when i turn the key forward, does that mean its still good, the timing belt looks good, could it be the injectors?

RE: car wont start?
When you turn it over continuously, remove a plug and see if its drenched in fuel. That will tell you if the injectors are working.
Well if the fuel pump is making a noise... that doesnt always mean its working correctly. |
RE: car wont start?

RE: car wont start?
im about 95% sure im gonna sell it, but first gotta start it and go from there...would the headgasket have anything to do with it not starting? i know the car was sitting in the impound lot for a while, it had no water in the radiator
