I just my 99 eclipse rs a few days ago.When I test drove it it seemed fine.It has been raining here for a couple of days and when I pull out from a red light or stop sign it feels sluggish.It has a cold air intake on it if that would matter.I think I saw somewhere online that this is a common problem with the eclipse or the intake,I'm not for sure.Can anyone comfirm or deny this?Thanks
