Changing the clutch

Ok so my Clutch finally went out, My throwout bearing to be more specific. anyways im going to have to change it my self. My two questions are
Is there anything i should know about/prepare my self for before changing it.
andI called up autozone and got a new clutch qouted to me for $139.99 but im looking on ebay and i can get a "racing clutch kit" for around the same price. I honestly dont know if i should just be on the safe side and go with autozone or for the same price get a clutch that is possibly better? does anyone have any experience with these and can help me make a decision.

IMO new clutch means chance to upgrade. You can get a nice ACT clutch for cheap and it will be better than either of those

yeah you should be fine with a 2100. 2600lb is to heavy for city driving, if thats what your doing.

yeah my clutch finally went outlast fridayand i was going to go with the parts store's best clutch but i thought about it and decided to go with a ACT 2100 w/ a Fidanza flywheel and an a new fork. god only knows how long the parts store's clutch would last in my gst....i dont want to change out my any time clutch soon again
