CAI, DC header, up your exhaust piping to 2 3/4 but end it just after the second O2 sesor (it will be loud but its cheaper than a full exhaust. plugs n wires n then add about a 100 shot of nitrus. your car wont last long but it will get you the HP your wanting.

there isnt a cheap way to obtain power, if you go the cheap route it will cost more in the long run replacing the bottom end time and time again. a turbo kit will get you there and far behond I am sure and that is before needing a motor built up. other than that 200HP isnt much and it isnt worth risking your motor with N2o just to get there.... just my opinion

i agree with you but he asked so i answered. with modding it never pays off to take short cuts or take the cheap route, if it was mine i would do an AEM V2 intake and DC headerand a custome 2 3/4 mandrel bend exhaust with a universal muffler of some sort (for me louder is better.i dont mind pissen cops off). NGK wires n plugs. all this in mind if your ganna keep her N/A, if in the long run you want turbo disregaurd it, get an MSD box also those help. UR makes crank pullies but nothing else n thats what sucks about N/A. you can ditch your A/c that will save space n loose weight, an after marken clutch n flywheel would also be a good idea n never throw oyt the idea of usen nitrus maybe a 50 shot.

a turbo is a much safer way to go. and it isnt nos it is N2o or nitrous (just busting your ***** thats all LOL). but if you use N2o then it isnt nessesarily still a N/A motor. Nitrous is a form of Forced induction. without FI it would be very very tough to get 200HP.

I honestlythink if you save for a turbo kit youll be much better off and even more happy. but it is your car you mod however you see fit

hmm, I didnt think it'd be that hard to add 50hp without turbo. 10-15 for intake 10-20 for catback and about 5-10 for headers no? and then some little stuff to help it out.

but oh well i'll get it AS CLOSE TO 200 as possible lol and then turbo

your car is 150BHP but at the wheels you are looking at 110 WHP or so. so at the crank ading 50HP isnt much but your still looking at only haveing 130-140WHP which is only going to run you around a low 15 sec 1/4 miles time..... To me that is slow no offense to anyone there but to spend that much money and not gain alot I wouldnt do it. you figure a turbo kit would cost alot to but $4000 and gain 120WHP is well worth is.

I mean for example a 2000 RS eclipse 4G64 2.4L dynos 109HP stock and with the old AAI (now tearstone) turbo kit it dynoed 275WHP at only 8PSI and they are able to put out around 14 PSI on the stock motor. and the turbo kit comes with most of the stuff listed as items you should buy I.E. exhaust, intake, fuel ect ect. only extra needed parts after the purchase of a turbo kit is the guages in most cases and a new clutch( if your a Manual).

again this is just my thoughts and what I would want to do if it were me
