RE: CO2

I think you mean CO (carbon monoxide). Well all cars vary widely with the amount put out. Expecially when there are small things wrong with the car like a bad O2 sensor. But i think the federal standard here for a maximum output is around 4.2 grams/mile

Sorry, but its not monoxide I meant, its CarbonDioxide.

I can look at my emission test later to see what it registered and what the standard is on it, just to give you a real number

ok this is what i got. Its not a perfect indication what the cars are supposed to run at all . Actually i just ralized i never asked you what year eclipse you were looking for either cuz thats makes a big difference. But anyway, for my state we dont have a regulation on the CO2 output, but they do give a reading and i had around 300 grams/mile. and that was on a 1995. So the year of the car will make a huge difference. If you were looking at a 4g, or even a 3g im sure they would be lower than that.

Im pretty sure he is either talking about a 1stgen or 2nd gen seeing as how he said a 2 liter... only question is does he mean turbo or n/a?

RE: CO2

oh i didnt even see that. Ok in that case i would definetly figure on around 300-400 grams/mile
