Default E-Bay

Has anyone bought any larger upgrade parts
(i.e. muffler, intake, downpipes, etc.) from sellers
on e-bay? If so, what kind of experience did you have?
Were the parts quality or a rip-off and do you know of any
sellers you can trust for quality parts?

Default RE: E-Bay

I haven't bought anything real big.. I bought some new hotshot headers for my specV and they came in mint condition and the guy was great about the whole thing.
I bought a body kit once (2 years ago) still don't have it, but he has my money. just watch out for people who ONLY accept checks or money orders. as ****ty as that is, it only costs like $1 to have a paypal account and its so much easier. but some sellers are great too and just don't want the hassle. before you buy, check his ratings and ASK if he has paypal, cause some people do, but don't list it as an option.
the reason I have'nt purchased anything big off ebay is because I want to KNOW Im getting what Im getting for performance parts. I don't want to pay $500 for an exhaust that SAYS its Apex`i and end up getting Tsudo or w/e is all over ebay. when it comes to big things like that, I'd stay to an actual dealer. Ebay is great for lighting and interior parts though.
