I alredy posted this in internal lounge but it didn't get any attention there so I figured I would give it a shot here....
So I was reading the post by sparkplugs.com (in the internal lounge) and I noticed that under multi-ground plugs, such as the OEM plugs in my 98 GSX, they said that some engines are disgined to use multi-ground plugs. Is that the case with the GSX?

This is what you need...

BP7ES is what you need if you need a one step colder plug.
Nothing fancy because more than half the time they don't work well with the 4g63, modded or even stock.

BTW, the 6ES and 7ES have been used by all years of the Eclipse/Talon/Laser and is proven to work very well. The next ignition proven upgradeare COPs. No fancy platnums or iridiums, just the traditional plugs.

Couldn't tell you. Maybe they did use these plugs from the factory, I don't know. These cars are too old, lol. There aren't enough "original" owners to ask.
Honestly, OP, you can try them out if you like, but....I still say, "don't reinvent the wheel"![Wink](https://mitsubishiforum.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif)
