Emissions...again..HELP

Well I finally got everything ready.....atleast thats what i thought.....I have a 1996 GSX (which i loved until a few hours ago) and when i got it it had a CEL for O2sensors andcatalytic converter.....among a lot of otherstuff.I purchaseda new exhaust system andoxygen sensors.Clered the light and a week later it came back on.:( So after i kicked the car i decided to look at the code and found that the fuel pressure solenoid was bad.....replaced that too. Now all the computers/sensors haveto pass in orderforyou to take the vehicle and have the emissions done. Note that this was done about four weeks ago and I driven atleast 700 miles with no light coming back on.
Today i took this P.O.S to the emissions place and it says that the oxygen sensors, catalytic converter, EGR and the EVAP system are not ready....so guess what. I failed!!! I am pretty close of just driving this car into a brick wall and lighting it on fire.[:@]
Does anybody know what I can do?....like an idiot i waited untill the last minute so I am a little desperate and I honestly dont know what to do. [&o]

You can unplug the battery for about 20-30 minutes. That should reset the ecu.

then turn the key on to drain any excess power.

i dont see how they could be 'not ready' after all that time. It usually only takes about 100 miles to have everything ready after clearing the ECU.
