Default engine management

Hey guys, im gettin ready to rebuild my engine and put a turbo on it, can anybody recomment a really good engine management? i've been looking at the Greddy E-Manage Ultimate it's only about 650 on Horsepowerfreaks.com and the only other ones i could find were chips and of course AEM's plug and play but it's close to 2000

greddy E-manage i believe is a piggy back.

Piggy Back=something that still uses the stock ECU, only modifying the signal that the ECU recieves.
Stand Alone would be the other which is what it says. Its own ECU
