Default Exhaust and Intake

I'm looking for an exhaust that sounds really good and gives really good performance gains. I was thinking about Borla but I'm not sure if they make an application for my car - A 1998 Mitsu Eclispse Spyder GST. Can anyone suggest an exhaust system that would be good? Also I was looking for an intake as well. Would a generic intake off of eBay work well or do you suggest buying a brand name one? Thanks.

Greddy is good and even try megan racing. They have good product that a reasonable price. if price don't matter you could get a thermal exhaust.

brands dont matter much for turbo eclipse, they will make power either way as there isnt much engineering that goes into the design like an NA car would have. just get an exhaustmade of quality material (not ebay crap) id go with apex n1 exhaust and the cheapest filter u can find

You said you want something that sounds good and gives you performance i have the apex n1 on my 1996 gst and it sounds like a stock car it hardly makes any noise. so if your looking for sound the N1 isnt for you. make sure you get the n1 downpipe too its a great product
