The area is behind the radio. The reason I say area is because I have seen them moved around because of the car's year. Some are just behind the radio on the passenger side brace, some on the driveshaft hump, some on the hump but under the radio....etc.
Welcome to MF, btw.
A little story or description would also help. How do you know it's your flasher relay and not your hazard flasher relay? Did you know your hazards override your turn signals? This means that power goes through these first before it reaches the turn relay. That could mean that your hazard relay has a bad connection or it is bad. Have you tried your hazards?
You see, when you don't have a description, there's not much to help you with when you come back here later with "my turns don't work" thread. Plus, I have to ask you questions.

Ok, so try those spots that I suggested. Those relays are generally behind the radio area though. Do you hear any ticking whatsoever when you pull or push the turn lever at all? The ticking would help you find your relays, but that would also indicate a good relay, lol. Another trick is to turn on the hazards since it will tick also, attached to it should be the turn signal relay or at least really close by.
