Default Front Mount Intercooler

Ok, i'm thinking about hetting a front mount intercooler for my 98 spyder gs-t, it has stock turbo, and i don't plan on upgrading it. i have some people tell me its a good idea, it will be good for my car, i know it will look sweet as hell, but then i have some people that say its a bad idea if i'm not gonna upgrade the turbo, that its bad foe everyday driving cause of rocks, bugs, ect., i wanna know, what do you guys think? should i do it, is it bad, does it not matter..???? what's up

Umm a front mount on the T-25 is in a way pointless you will lose a small amout of boost from the IC and piping and hte T25 is junk anyway. You can get a 16G turbo for really cheap and it will still be like stock but a little better. As for bug ya the IC will get chewed up if you dont put mesh in front of it just take care of it and youll be fine

well your really not going to get much power gain just from getting a front mount, you really need an upgraded turbo for that to have an effect. To me i would say its a waste.

subarus dont have front mounts lol they have top mount that is why they all have the hood scoops and Mitsu gave the EVO a FMIC.

If you pay that much for a FMIC for no resaon other than the frontbumper has a mouth for one than you need spend your money else where

if i put the boost controller and boost gauge in, what are the chances of me wrecking everything, i'd only go up to like 15 psi, and i kno the boost gauge isn't gonna wreck it, just the contrller
