Default going to the dyno

alright guys I'm finally going to drop the money and dyno tune my car. I've done the best I can do and would like to push a little more out of it. My questions are.
-how much boost can the stock block hold?
-the head is stage 3 sbr with comp101200
-cometic head gasket
-arp head studs
-what should I set my base fuel pressure to?
-aeromotive FPR
- -6 an from tank to filter, filter to rail, rail to FPR, return line

I don't want to destroy my engine, but i'm sure I have enough fuel/force induction mods to keep everything safe. My question is what is the max boost the block can handle. I obviously won't let them push the boost if there is any knock what so ever. Thanks guys.

Stock block can handle 400-450 whp??? I heard it was only up to 350 whp. Was I misinformed?

the only limiting factor would be the injectors (650's) everything else should support it. I have a 50 trim... its rated up to 450 hp. How many psi is that? What about fuel pressure at idle? What does that need to be set to?

a 50 trim might be pushing it on stock internals... and it's said that stock block can hold up to 400, but not very safely... you'd be better off selling ur 50 trim and getting an e316g.... or build up the block, bigger injectors, and do you have a fmic?

Yea i wouldnt push much past 400hp on the stock internals. Umm for the psi im thinking somewhere around the 20-22psi range is about right. That should get you somewhere between 350-400 range. And when your car is at idle you want the fuel pressure to be set at 35psi (this is when your car is around 19-20mmhg vacuum)

Thanks john, thats what I thought. Ty, as far as swapping the turbo, it wouldn't make much sense to switch to a smaller turbo if I'm just going to buy a bigger one later on. My goals are high and further down the road I want to reach the 500hp range, the 16g definately won't let me accomplish that. I have the SBR front mount, which is more than adequate at cooling my charged air, and eventually I hope to run 1000cc injectors, but we'll see how that works. Thanks guys, as always i appreciate your fast and accurate responses. Have a good one guys

that's the dumbest thing i've ever heard. just b/c you have a turbo that WILL make 450-500whp doesn't mean that it has to be pushed to that amount of hp...
what kinda 50trim do you have?

Well i think what SK8 what trying to say is that hes sacrificing faster spool up with equlalant power. But since he has higher goals later on, the 50 trim is perfect
