hi there everyone. im new here and dont yet have my eclipse. but i just wondered what kind of gas mileage most of you get out of them when ur not driving the crap out of it. Right now I have a ford focus atx and i usually get about 18-20mpg when i get on it, which i think is bad for a little 4cylinder. thanx everybody and im new and im sure if theres a search button here or not so sorry if this is a repost.

should be more than that i would say. well i never really calculated it but just a guess.

 

WTF!!!!!!!!!! That is incredibly low . When beating on my TSI-AWD i would still get around 21 and 23 when driving it normally. If you get a turbo one i would expect around 21-22 and if you get a non turbo it should be around 25-26mpg i think

 

24mpg with driving it hard. Its weird

 

In my GST, I get 20-25 normal driving and 15-18 driving it hard. With a bad o2 sensor, I got 9.

 

in my rs i usually get 23-25 if im beatin on it, or 30ish when im nice to it

 

I am getting 27 highway with my 06 GT 6 speed. .

 

I have a 97 RS and I usually get 23-25 if I'm gunning it and around 28 when I'm nice. On the highway with the cruise set to 70-75mph I got 35.

 

In my 96 RS I got it to 27 in the city. That was after i put a cold air intake and diffrent plugs and wires. In my 99 GS-t I get like 24 or so and that is with driving hard every now and then.
