Default Got a quick question

Will a Turbo kit on a 420a (*RUN*) without a AEM management system? Or is itimperative that you get your computer tuned before its installed.

You don't need an aftermarket ECU to manage fuel on a 420a unless you plan on going big. As a matter of fact, some of the turbo kits for the 420a come with everything you need to ensure proper performance. Just research turbo kits for the motor. Hahn is a good one and they have many good copies.

well if you wanta turbo kit to run decently ona 420a (and remember you can only run about 8 psi on the stock block) then be prepared to spend at least 3-4k for everything.

yeah the safc II is just the fuel controller, you have to buy all the other parts as well.

Yes there is an easier way, its called buy a GST or a GSX : )
