Default greddy bov

i know it sounds stupid but i just recently installed a greddy type rs blow off valve, it was wroking great but my friend went to adjust it more and he ended up stripping the threads so now the adjusting screw doesnt even fit in. im leaking all of my boost, anyone know what i can do?! is there a way i could just get the top pieceof the bov, or could i rethread it and put in a slightly bigger nut an bolt in to do the same as the other.
