GSX Drive shaft vs Evo Drive shaft?

Is the GSX drive shaft pretty much the same length and size as the evo's?

You would think that the EVO driveshafts were better being that they're newer technology...but you never know without the numbers.

I have a GSX driveshaft and I need to know if it will fit with an Evo Tranny cause I'm trying to do the AWD conversion on my 02' eclipse GT.

Yeah, I have a doner GSX in my garage right now, but I need to rip that apart right now and then I need to find an Evo doner car for the front axels, front knuckles, tranny, transfer case, oil pan, starter, and rear diff.

Are you using the GSX shaft for it's length?
The one thing that's going to screw things up is the spline count of the GSX shaft vs. the spline count of the transfer case of the EVO.
Wait, does the 3G Eclipse have a drive shaft tunnel?

This sounds like a good swap, please keep up posted on this. It'll probably take some time getting parts, fabbing, customizing, etc, so don't get discouraged because I would like to see this one done :D
Good luck bro.[sm=smiley20.gif]
