help 2g eclipse or 3rd

now that ive been with out a car for about 4 months i need a new one and i cant choose which one 2 buy a 2nd gen eclipse gs-t or 3rd gen gts I dont want to compromise comfort for power so thats why i chose 3gen anyways only reasone am scared getting 2nd gen is beacute crank walk i know am not going to have to worry about that in 3rd but am not sure but i dont think 3rd could be pushed that hard as gs-t so if anyone could bring some good points I really apreaciate it thnx

Get a 2G GSX 6 bolt or you can get a 1G GSX

i dont liek int or 1 gen the dash makes me think bad dates and "cliff hangers" i dont know why so dont ask , also sometimes i have to go to formal family meeting or expesive resturants showing up in 1 gen is best presentation but how much would cost on average to swap engine cause i may not have all tools to do so ?

3G GTS is a no no for performance. 2G is a yes sir for performance

Luxary the 3G is the one to get

if you want to upgrade the 3G doesnt get much gain from bolt ons and can only run 6PSI on the GTS motor the GT motor can handle 8 if you want to turbo.

Other than that stuff I say you make your choice from there and what you like

oh yea but do you know how much it would cost to swap in 6 bolt engine but am always holding back on the gst beacuse am afraid developing crank walk but in previous gst I usaly royal purp synthetic blend and never had prob also that car had about 90k i havent found stick shift convetivle with that amount of miles so i guess am have more money for the swap

Well... put it this way... get a GST/GSX... dont swap it... unless you get crankwalk... simple

BTW if you want a convertible only buy a GT 3G if that is what your looking at because if you find a GT with leather it is the same as te GTS.

All 03+ Spyders had the GTS motor weather they were GT or GTS cars Mitsu did that to compensate for the weight of the car a little better
