If you're getting no spark why did you replace the PCM? Look into the ECU. PCM is Powertrain Control Module. ECU Is Engine Control Unit. Also like he said check plugs and wires.

Reason the pcm is a routing station for the whole harness it all routes through it.

Oh I thought the ECU was what served as a routing station.

Are you sure it gets no spark, because what your saying sounds more to me like a fuel delivery issue. Have you checked the fuel system at all? Cause if you've tested all the relays and replaced most of the likely problems and you still have the same issue then fuel would be the next place to look. Good places to start would be the fuel filter (if it hasn't been changed it could be clogging up and cutting off the flow) and the fuel pump relay.

Drivability problems are a bitch man, and they take a lot of time and patience to track down. Good luck.
