i have a 96 eclipse gsx when i bought the car 3 weeks ago it came with these performance upgrades
Removed balance shifts
crank was balanced and blueprinted
stage 2 comp cams
Evo 3 turbo/ Ported polished w/34 mm flapper
650cc injectors
turbo timer
3" exhaust
short shifter
stage 2 cluchmasters cluch
greddt type rs blowoff valve
custom turbo piping
manual boost controller
apex air fuel computer mixer ( i dont know how to set it up)
i have put new platnium 4 spark plugs abd ngx spark plug wires
i also put a new altanator in by the end of the month i will put in a
Front mount intercooler
pulleys All 4
adjustable cam gears
190 fuel pump
how much boost can i run on stock internals on daily driving and when i am raceing and also about how much whp will i have?

you can probably run that alittle over 20psi i would suspect. Maybe to like 22-23. With hp its really hard to tell because every car is different. But you really need to use the SAFC if you really want to get some good gains. Is it already instaled and you just dont know how to use it or is it out?

Dont you need a wideband also with the SAFC? If you just had a SAFC, fuel system upgrades, and supporting mods with a 16G, can you run 20-22 psi? I thought you would need a wideband at least to help tune it, especially after 17psi.
