Hi i have just recently sold my honda civic andthinking of purchasing a1998 Eclipse GSX.. The only thing is that the car i'm looking ot buy is automatic instead of 5 speed manual... Can any body tell how big of a PERFORMANCE difference there is between a 5 speed GSX and anAutomatic GSX..... the pros and cons .. i just want a car that can put me back inthe seat...

it has the same power just slightly slower in the 1/4 then the manual. it should get off the line quicker

oh ok .. yeh i'm not much of a racer... i'mgetting it for a decent price... paying $9500 for a 1998 GSX with44 k ... owned by an old fart

 

thats not bad at all...try 9000 though if you can
