idle problems

RE: idle problems
That sounds like a bearing with a flat spot. Take a some WD-40 and give the center (only the center!) of the pulleys a good spray and spray one at a time and see if that makes a difference. It could be your A/C pulley, found in the back and way under the intake manifold. That's another idea, turn on the A/C or off if it is on. If the sound doesn't go away or lighten up, then spray the pulleys.
That's notan air leak squeal btw. If you have an air leak the ISC will try to compensate for the lack of intake by opening up a bit more, then it the ECU sees too much air and the ISC closes a bit and that's why it goes up and down.

RE: idle problems
so its not a leak sound then what is causing my idle to fluctuat 500rpm's could it be a leak in the intake manifold or gasket because when i turn the car off there is a woose sound as i have said or could it be something other then that like a vac line ( witch i have checked a few time already) iac tps ect...

RE: idle problems
ok so with this problem that i have been dealing with for almost a year i have perchased a new tps and a new iac set me back 300 bucks and still nothing what else would cause this problem. you guys think it could be the intake manifold leaking cuz that is the only thing that i can figure out y it would do this. it also makes a knocking sound. no plugs, wires, anything like that my only guess is that it is a gasket. or a cracked manifold any input would be helpfull at this point.
