Im so sick of this...someone please try and help..

Ok, so im juss gunna go from the beginning, so yous get the full story and can try and help me out....

I bought my car 6 months ago, i knew from the start it wasnt the fastest thing, but it still ran good. The mods were a intake and exhuast, ss and a upgraded clutch.

I got the clutch replaced cause i thought it was slipping, and ever since then my car has been a mess. My current mods are: EGR blockoff kit, Iridium Plugs, Full Catback, custom intake, Brembo Rotors with EBC pads, BBS ss, and some other non important things.

For the last four months my car has had no power, and jus "bogs" out and wants to go nowhere, when its cold, it runs like a champ and pulls hard, but as soon as the cars warmed up, it runs like **** and has no power again. The car would start rough, so i put new iridium plugs, wires and a new coil in, it started so much easier, and didt have such a rough idle and shut off. But still, there is no power. I know these cars are not speed demons of any sort. But I know what the car had before, and what it has now. My vacuum gauge says its fine, right at 20, so I counted that out. Although there is a slight gap between the throttle body and intake, when you spray the gap when its running, it bubbles. Im waiting for that in the mail, but I doubt thats my problem.

The timing belt has no sign of wear on it, so I counted that out. I juss need advice on what to do next, to try and fix this. Ive had the car scanned, and the guy said the timing was off? it was at 8, instead of a normal 13? How do i fix this? Also he said my IAT was reading 22 degrees, but it was throwing a code, and I got a new sensor. The thing is, when i installed the new sensor, the clip, had one wire ripped off, so I fixed that.

I juss spent 350$ on emmisions work, juss to get the car to pass. The CEL is on now, but thats because of the EGR block off. I love this car, and I dont mind have a "slow" car, I juss want it to run the proper way, and Im out of ideas on what to start looking at.

Ok, if youre saying slow im assuming its a 420a
What is the code youre throwing...
Hows is the electrical current in the car...
to check the timming the cam gears have a mark on them that should meet right in the middle, and on the crankshaft there should be two arrows that should meet, in my experience the 420a oddly gets out of timming sometimes....
Im really no expert, but i have kept my engine in good condition for a year... imma try to help you

How lose is your intake? If its a somewhat ghetto rigged intake and the MAF bounces around you could have damaged your MAF and your engine cant read your airflow for sh*t. Just a thought.

yea, they scanned my car and said it was off timing, so I'll have to see if i can see the cam gears...

My intakes tight, but not to sure of what it was before, ya know? I know there is a small leak in my throttle body and the intake adapter....So Im awaiting a new gasket...Is the MAF the one right where the intake goes in?

Yes its a 420a. The code is for a missing EGR valve wich is bc i have a EGR block off kit...
