Default Indiglo gauges

I have a 95 Eclipse I just installed indiglo reverse gauges in. The only problem is I have no idea how to wire them, the instructions were pretty bland, hook it up to the headlight power switch, red to positive black to ground negative. Help, someone?[:-]

just run ground to the chassis.... you can put it anywhere, then run the power to any wire that turns on when the headlights turn on.......in my old honda there were extra electrical connectors in the fuse box, on the floor, on the drivers side. Never even looked for that yet in my eclipse I have only had it for like 3 weeks. if there is one just use a volt meter to test when there is power on each one, if they are there, there should be one that only has power to it when you turn the headlights on. If not take Outlanders advice and use a wire diagram to find a wire.....

there SHOLD have been a wire running into the original gaugepod that would have provided power to the lighting that would be a perfect sourse for the power for your gauges. [sm=smiley2.gif]

Exactly there was SOMETHinG that provided power to the lighting in the gauges. if you can find that wire (Whether it's in a plug or not) you SHOULD be able to splice the indiglo into it.
