Default Installing a convertible top

Have any of you ever installed a replacement convertible top onto a 96 - 99 Spyder? If so, is it hard to do yourself? Any techniques or tricks I should be aware of?

Also, the cheapest place I've found so far for a new top is at www.topsonline.com They have both canvas and vinyl tops as replacement tops. The vinyl one is a lot cheaper than the canvas one.. Any opinion on the vinyl one? It says that they'll both last about the same amount of time... Do they look the same? Will they perform the same -- as in, won't get the "Bubble" look as they are going down the road and puff up?

The canvas top is much better than the vinyl top. The vinyl tops tend to discolor and fade a little over time. As for the convertible top installation, the dsm manual cd has an installation, i think. The cd sells for as low as $3 on ebay. Most of the time though, the place that sells the top replacement gives installation directions.
