Default Insurance for a GS-T

Im looking at buying a 97 GS-T with 55,000 miles for 9k. I live in Illinois and im 17 whatami looking at paying a month for full coverage?

When I was 18 (4 yrs ago) I paid $218.00 for liability on a 1992 talon NON turbo. So yeah its gonna be a lot.

That sucks, right now im paying 80 for liability on my mirage.

Yeah well that was 4 yrs ago now I am paying $120.00 for 2 cars, full coverage on my 03 escape and labilitly on my 98 svt contour.

it all depends on ur driving record and age and what car it is... you have to check with ur insurance agency, theres no way we could give you a correct estimate on here

i have a 97 rs and ive had 2 wrecks and 1 ticket...im 18 and i pay 250 a month so its deff gonna be expensive but it mostly depends on your record insurance co and other small things....

dude its gonna b about 315 per month geico. that is what i paid when i first bought my car at 18 so you could b a little diff. now i pay 130 cuz i put another vehical and its liability only. and 9k sounds a little high for a 97 to me. but im not up to date on prices maybe 6k to me imo

Wow, in a way it must suck to be a young guy! LOL. I'm 30 years old and I pay only $87 a month on 2 vehicles. That's full coverage plus up to $12,000 in modifications covered on my '99 Eclipse GS-T and just running comp. and liability on my '96 Jeep Cherokee. I also have a very clean record and extremely good credit.
