You're pretty much stock. You can't really expect too much out of her.
You'll only get a little more umph with a 3" turboback and intake. Your turbo is the passthrough that is the bottleneck.
15psi from a T25, it's out of breath and it's a good thing for the stock fuel system too. ;)
Also, IMO, a CAI doesn't translate into much of anything in a turbo car, the SMIC/FMIC do the cooling job a lot better and more efficiently since they are cooling the hot charged air and not getting ambient temp air vs. engine bay temps. Keep it and get a bigger SMIC (Supra or the likes) or an FMIC, once you utilize one of those, then the CAI will make a difference. ;)

well depending on the dyno you may even put down less than 200. If you go to a mustang dyno you may only be looking at 170-180 range

ok, thanks silver, ill most likely go with the front mount, it will put more power down than a side mount right? and engineer, why would a mustang dyno make a difference, im just wondering

Actually the supra smic and dejon tools smic willperform better then some fmic's so do your research before you buy a fmic.

Do a search on google to see the difference in the 2. But a dynojet and a mustang dyno are the 2 types that you will find from shops. The mustang dyno is known to yeild lower HP numbers than a dynojet due to the way it calculates the HP from both a variable and fixed loading. Although it is said that a mustang dyno is actually more accurate to actual conditions.

But the mustang dyno is also refered to as the "heartbreaker" for good reason, haha
