i have a 97 eclipse gs spyder with the 4g64 motor and i was wondering where i could find some goo perforemace parts fro cheap and i was also wondering if anyone knows where i can get the hole 5 speed tranny swap for that motor

If you have a couple g's to spend on the swap go for it if not dont do it. Its been discussed before but just to give you an idea about what you would need....

tranny-1000
ecu-400
shifter cables, shifter bushings-?
clutch-200/300
flywheel-depends 100/400
shifter, knob, leather boot-100
clutch pedal assyembly-?
master cyl- 120
slave cyl- 80
clutch line- 40
and you would have to fabericate, a mount for the shifter in the console, and a bracket mount for the clutch pedal, take out the dashboard to be able to drill holes in the fire wall for, the clutch pedal/master cyl, and run the shifter cables through the fire wall.
