And the vibration... well it depends on the driver. Some people say it's annoying to the point they can't stand it, some say they get used to it, some say they don't even notice. If you're really worried about it, email MitsubishiGraveyard and see if they have a set of good OEM ones.

I would call DSM to check the difference. Seems strange that there is that much of a price difference in the two unless it is the brand name that costs.
I have them in mine. Not sure which brand/style since they were already there. They are red and the shake isn't that bad. Still wheel hops though. Anything that keepsparts from twisting/flexing is good.
