yeah, but its powered by 2 coil packs. (no distributor) dis 2 is a power ignition for coil or car w/ 2 coil packs. ( works great w/ domestic coil packs )

ok there is a differance betweena coil pack"distrubutless igition" the item that the spark plugs hook into and a blaster coil or just coil"what sends the ignition to the dist". you are talking about the second one right i would not know how that one works because i have distributless ignition. and i would think msd would woork well with all dist systems i mean they are the primay igition on all dragsters and they use 2 dist.

one for the spark plugs is the ignition wire, then you have the coil system. and yes, most mitsu's are distrubutorless. dis 2 is primary made to conduct coil packs ( 2 coils) but some reason it wont work on mitsu. coil packs. ( well it did, but after couple of mnths test. car experienced ignition prob.)
