ok heres the deal, i have and 91 esi with 140,000k on the body with a few rust spots and 90,000k on the engine, and clutch. and theres a 91 AWD gsx with 200,000k on the body and 20,000k on the engine and its $2,900. so im not sure if its worth keeping my car and upgrading it to a turbo or sell my car for hopefully 2k, and buy the gsx. im leaning towards the gsx same with a few of my friends but im still not sure so if u guys could give me some feedback on what u think i should do that would be great. thanx

Well, although the GSX engine is low mileage, the rest of it is still at 200k. The tranny, differentials, and rear end are all kind old and very used. Not good, since you want it for performance. However, if you want to sink a little bit of cash and upgrade the drivetrain parts, then it's good. It's a great project car, but probably not a good choice for a daily. You know, like a weekend warrior. If you do get it, just buy a beater like a corolla or something for cheap, incase the GSX craps out on you. Just my opinion though.

Or get a bike....a sweetR1 orgixxer. Or RR if honda's your thing.

well i talked to the kid and he is putting a new hub on the rear differential so that will help to preserve it. I dunno man, i say you keep your car and we try and find you a new engine.
